Abstract

Based on the theoretical reference of Psychodynamics at Work, the present research aimed to verify the possibilities of subjective mobilization of interns who worked in the clinical listening of the suffering at work of health professionals. Five semi-structured interviews were carried out and the data were submitted to content analysis. The snippet was an internship in Work Clínic developed in a Psychology Service-School and the focus of the study was the experience of the interns involved in this clinic. The results showed that the listening work of clinical interns enabled the use of practical intelligence, the constitution of supervision as a public space for speech, recognition and cooperation, which contributed to subjective mobilization. The internship made it possible for the interns to experience the difficulties of the real clinical work, at the same time that they experienced the feeling of usefulness of their listening work, in addition to feeling recognized by the collectives of workers served, by colleagues and by the supervisor, enhancing your personal security. Listening of the suffering at work was an opportunity to experience the relationship between the individual and the social, allowing the contact with different knowledges and practices. The Service-School, by serving different audiences, can provide the experience of internships beyond the technical model of applying methods and techniques learned in the classroom and lead to a more socially committed performance.
