Abstract

Introduction: Multiprofessional teamwork is based on a reciprocal relationship between the articulation of techniques from the most diverse specialties. In the urgency and emergency sector, effective and dynamic care is required in the specific and transversal conditions of health professionals. Objectives: To assess the attitude of health professionals regarding collaborative practices in teamwork of professionals working in the urgency and emergency sector of a regional hospital in the DF. Methods: This is a quantitative, analytical, observational and cross-sectional study. The EJARCI Scale was used to assess interprofessional collaboration. Results: 107 participants were included, aged 35 ± 7.17 years. The mean of the total score on the scale was 124.29 ± 11.80 points, and the calculated Cronbach’s α value was 0.75. There were no differences related to collaborative attitudes among professionals (p = 0.68). Conclusion: There was no statistical difference in the comparison between the professional groups surveyed, pointing to a positive and similar level of interprofessional collaborative capacity.
