The use of communication technologies such as the tablet, smartphone, and other information devices, have become increasingly frequent in the daily lives of children and teenagers, making it difficult to rescue recreational activities and games that promote interaction and communication outside the virtual environment. This study aimed to report the experience of the members of the group pet enfermagem in carrying out health promotion actions, rescuing old games. The health promotion activity was carried out in a municipal park, in a city in the southwest of goiás, and provided a moment of leisure and interaction between the participants, in addition to a time to raise awareness of the limited use of technology in everyday life. Among the participants, 50.5% were female, 43.3% being between 1 and 5 years old. A satisfaction questionnaire was applied to parents or guardians, which showed that the expectations of the target audience were met concerning participation in the educational activity. Thus, it is possible to increasingly improve the activities developed by the pet enfermagem group, taking into account social needs, as well as positively influencing the lives of children, so that they can experience a less technological environment healthily and interactively.
